Stavroz

Stavroz was formed in 2011 by IJsbrand and Gert — two DJs and sound engineers with a shared passion for experimenting beyond the boundaries of conventional electronic music. Not long after, Maxim and Pieter joined the fold, bringing their energy to both live performances and studio sessions. The group’s debut vinyl release on Délicieuse Records quickly gained international traction, climbing to the top of the Hype Machine charts and earning the title of Vinyl of the Month from Germany’s Faze Magazine. With a signature sound that blends electronic grooves with ethnic, acoustic, and organic elements, Stavroz carved out a unique space in the music world. Their work has been featured on labels like Kindisch, Bedrock, and their own imprint, Moodfamily, based in Ghent.
